PTSD Resolution

Healthy Chat is honoured to support the priceless work of PTSD Resolution; a registered charity providing counselling for former armed forces, reservists & families.

Together with a network of over 200 accredited therapists, PTSD Resolution helps veterans, reservists, and their families struggling to reintegrate into a normal work & family life because of combat-related stress, transitional distress, and trauma.

Resolution therapy is brief, with an average of just three to four one-hour sessions, conducted on an out-patient basis, to support family and work routines.

The programme is complementary to the work of other services’ charities, in that it resolves the mental health issues that are barriers to successful reintegration and settlement.
